Customer support information: messages, emails, WhatsApp or chat communications, product queries, return requests, complaint details, images/videos shared for verification, and feedback.
Seller/consignor submission information: if you submit sarees to sell through FTT, we may collect your name, contact details, saree photos, provenance details, condition notes, ownership confirmation, payout details, and related communications.
