Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, festive periods, or restoration/quality-check delays, processing may take longer.
Packaging
Every saree is carefully wrapped in tissue wrap, packed in our signature recycled saree cloth bag, and nestled in our brand box.
Courier partners
Orders are dispatched through Shiprocket and/or DTDC for delivery across PAN India.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities in India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Other Indian locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Premium packaging or express shipping may carry additional charges.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account order page where available.
Delivery attempts
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct. If a courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
International shipping
We currently ship across PAN India only. International shipping is not available.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@fromthetrunk.shop. We will coordinate with the courier partner and help resolve the issue.
Unboxing recommendation
For high-value pieces, we recommend recording an unboxing video from sealed package to full item view. This helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claim quickly.
